Yarrawonga Health is located on the magnificent Murray River and the shores of Lake Mulwala, right on the border of Victoria and New South Wales.

We are a 119 bed (including Aged Care) fully integrated rural public health service, consisting of 21 acute beds, 5 day stay trolleys, 3 dialysis chairs, 2 bays urgent care centre, 86 beds in our residential care facility including a memory support unit, and community services.

We employ around 300 staff and service a 100 km radius area with an estimated catchment area of around 10,000 people. We are located in North East Victoria, 278km north east of Melbourne.

Our guiding vision is to strengthen health in our community through excellence and innovation.

We embrace our role of improving the health and wellbeing of the Yarrawonga and surrounding communities through providing accessible, high quality, patient centred and sustainable health care in a rural setting.

We are a fully integrated public health service delivering fit-for-purpose services and responsive care to our communities in the growing population of the Moira Shire and along the Murray River.

Home nursing is also provided by the district nursing service, and Meals on Wheels are supplied by our catering department in partnership with MHA Care.

The Acute hospital services include:
- Medical/surgical services;
- Antenatal maternity services;
- Lactation and parenting support services, and;
- Dialysis and urgent care services.
Specialist consultants visit the health service on a regular scheduled basis broadening the range of medical services provided to the community.

A wide range of community services are on offer and these include:
- Community nursing;
- Allied health, including:
  - Occupational therapy;
  - Physiotherapy;
  - Speech pathology;
  - Dietetics;
  - Diabetes education, and;
  - Podiatry.
- Welfare, counselling, homelessness support, and;
- Health education and promotion.

Onsite contracted services include:
- Pathology services provided by Dorevitch Pathology;
- Radiology services provided by I-MED Radiology Network, and;
- Pharmacy services provided by Terry White Chemmart Yarrawonga.
