Monady May 17 is IDAHOBIT Day - a day to join together in the fight against discrimination and in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI+) mates, colleagues and families. Today we celebrate LGBTI+ people around the world – to recognise their existence, to understand their struggle, and to commemorate their achievements in striving for equality. Today is an opportunity for us to remember that we all have a role to play to drive the change necessary to ensure our society and workplaces are equal for all people. Today we stand with the LGBTI+ community.
